- Dress appropriate for the ranch and the weather (close-toe shoes).
- Coat or jacket when the weather is chilly.
- If you bring a guest please communicate name to Angela Evans.
- If another adult brings your child/kids to sessions, please communicate name and contact information to Angela Evans.
Sibling Policy
- Please follow the three P’s: Privacy for sessions, participate with your child, paddocks are off limits.
- With Playpal: Siblings can engage in any activity around the ranch except working with horses.
- Without Playpal: Parents must take responsibility for kids (actively watching them) and siblings need to stay with their parents. They can participate in activities with their parents.
- No wandering or joining sessions.
- Please default activity spaces (fishing/swings) to kids that are in sessions.
Adverse Weather Policy:
- Hope Reins will notify clients of a weather cancellation by 2 pm the day of adverse weather unless sudden change occurs while in sessions.
- If a storm starts during sessions, heavy rain or thunder will prompt horses to be put away. Lightning will mean ending early and sending families home.
