Director of Marketing & Communications:
The Director of Marketing & Communications provides strategic leadership in sharing the Hope Reins story, strengthening brand awareness, and inspiring engagement with our mission. The Director develops and executes marketing and communications strategies that support fundraising, program growth, and the expansion of Hope Reins’ reach and impact. The candidate who will thrive in this role is a strategic thinker, collaborative leader, and skilled communicator with strong organizational skills. This person will enjoy leading a team, managing external partners, and working collaboratively across the organization to advance our mission of bringing true hope and real healing to children who have experienced trauma.

Development Operations Manager:
The Development Operations Manager proactively partners with frontline fundraisers to leverage their ability to raise revenue from mission-aligned donors who are transformed through the biblical joy of giving. Candidates must be grounded in an intuitive understanding of the donor experience. The candidate who will thrive in this role has these qualities: detail-oriented, creative planning methods, and strong organizational and analytical skills. This person will also be someone who enjoys working collaboratively on a small team with high accountability and who participates in meeting organizational goals.

Program Specialist:
We have opportunities each season to add part-time staff mentors to our team to work roughly 15 hrs/week directly with the kids and youth in our program pathway. This role serves as a 1:1 and small group mentor to kids and youth who are in life crisis due to trauma, helping them build resilience. We look for candidates with a strong faith, experience with and love for kids/youth, and someone who enjoys being outdoors. Horsemanship experience is preferred but not required!
