Manage and oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the Ranch, ensuring the highest standards of excellence in safety, functionality and aesthetic integrity for our clients. Manage and oversee property and facility maintenance and development projects to meet organizational goals, creating more opportunities for true Hope and real healing for every child. Engage Ranch Team volunteers through care, positive culture and meaningful work as a primary resource of property management.

Development Director:

This full-time position will work closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and other staff to plan, lead, and execute a comprehensive development and fundraising program to ensure revenue goals are met for the short and long-term needs of Hope Reins.  Candidates should possess a strong faith, a minimum of 10 year’s experience as a Development Director for a non-profit organization with a proven track record of fundraising success.

Program Specialist:

Seeking to add two part time staff mentors to our team to work roughly 15 hrs/week directly with the kids and youth in our program pathway. This role would serve as a 1:1 and small group mentor to kids and youth who are in life crisis due to trauma, helping them build resilience. We are looking for candidates with a strong faith, experience with and love for kids/youth, and someone who enjoys being outdoors. Horsemanship experience is preferred but not required!
