What the word ‘legacy’ means at Hope Reins.

We all recognize the fact that pain and suffering do not take a day off.

That’s why last year, Hope Reins created a sustainable funding system that would effectively engage supporters like you and permeate our entire organization, all year long.

A big part of this program was launching The Legacy of Hope Giving Society where members make a monetary commitment of $1,000 or more per year over five years.

We are thrilled to report,  2018 was a remarkable, inaugural year for this effort: Thirty-five generous supporters collectively donated over $1 million providing critical stability for hope and healing now and in the future!

And, even though the term legacy may not mean much right now to 9-year-old Zak,  who lost his Dad while serving in the Armed Forces, it means the world to his Mom.  During a recent visit to the ranch, she watched in tears as the bereaved boy hugged Sparrow, Hope Reins’ gentle, copper-colored horse.  Zak had not left her side since the tragedy.

Thank you for allowing us to be there for Zak. And, thanks to our Legacy of Hope Giving Society, Hope Reins will also be there for him in the future.
