Hope Reins Roundup: News from the Ranch

Welcome to the Hope Reins Roundup! At the end of every month, we like to share a collection of announcements and stories exemplifying the true hope and real healing found at Hope Reins. We hope you enjoy reading how God is working in the lives of hurting kids, volunteers and generous supporters like you.

1. Annual Report and Stories

Everyone remembers what it’s like to get a report card, right?  Well, earlier in the month we shared ours. The 2018 Hope Reins Annual Report hit your mailboxes at the start of the month, and we could not have been more proud to share the exciting milestones you helped us reach last year.

We are so thankful for you.

Over the past couple of weeks, we highlighted the many accomplishments Hope Reins achieved because of you and your unwavering support. We’re including the Annual Report and some of the stories below in case you missed them.

Thank you!

2. New Hires at Hope Reins

Meet Rashida and Mary Lee.  One is a lawyer and the other, a doctor.  And even though their distinguished, professional backgrounds are impressive, we’re even more blown away by the fact that they’ve chosen to take the road from success to significance.   They joined Hope Reins to pursue their passion for helping others while utilizing the many talents they both embody.  Read more about our new Volunteer Manager, Rashida Mack, and Equine Assistant, Mary Lee Lobach.

3. To Serve More Kids, We Need You!

Help us gear up for fall sessions! We need 15 volunteers to serve weekly in our programs and work directly with kids in crisis as session leaders, mentors, and group leaders. See our website for more information on these roles and contact volunteer@hopereins.org if you’re interested!  Thank you!

4. Discover Your Story at Hope Reins.

Have you been on the Stories of Hope Tour yet?  It’s a one-hour, behind-the-scenes look at the ranch and how equine therapy is helping kids in crisis –  right in your own backyard.   Join us either the first or third Saturday every month at 11:00 AM.  For more info or to sign up, contact Lory@hopereins.org.
